Your new car has undergone preparation to make sure it reaches you in the best possible condition but, sometimes things can still go wrong and when they do it's likely to be inconvenient and costly.

We know how important your car is to you, so when it does break down it's important you get back on the road as soon as possible. That's why we offer a market leading Warranty with all of our vehicles that has been created specifically with future driving in mind.

If you choose our optional Roadside Assistance, our specialist recovery agent will get to you within 30- minutes on average and, if they can't fix your fault at the roadside, they'll recover you to one of our national repair centres who will diagnose the problem, manage the claim on your behalf, and we'll cover the costs of diagnosis, parts, and labour.

We only use the UK's Number One Breakdown Provider, The AA. On average, a dedicated mobile mechanic will attend to you within 30-minutes and, if your vehicle cannot be fixed at the roadside, we will either recover you to your destination or a trusted repairer.

With many years of trading experience, we've built up an extensive list of accredited repairers within our Approved Garage Network. We know which repairers to trust, meaning we can assist you in choosing the best repairer in your area to ensure that the fault is repaired as efficiently as possible, with minimal inconvenience to you.

We will use repairers who are capable of diagnosing and repairing the fault. Our teams will also be on-hand to guide you through the repair process and deal with all the technical jargon on your behalf.
